As one of St. Sebastian’s School’s most significant fundraising events, the annual Christmas Auction—“Jingle & Mingle”—requires a thoughtful and comprehensive visual approach. Working closely with a cross-functional team, I helped execute a months-long marketing campaign that began at the start of the school year.
My role included managing and organizing dozens of sponsor advertisements, which I compiled into a professionally designed event program distributed to all attendees. I also developed a range of marketing materials—including social media graphics, email campaigns, invitations with reply cards, event signage, and a sponsor recognition and live auction slideshow—ensuring a cohesive and engaging experience from promotion through event night.
